What Parsel doesn't need

No integrations.
No internet.
No AI.

Tools that move data between apps usually need all three: a connector for every app, a cloud to run in, a model to guess with. Parsel needs none of them.

No integrations

No APIs, no connectors, no IT project. Parsel reads the screen the way you do, so it works with the apps you already have, including the old ones nobody will ever integrate.

  • Nothing to install in your other apps
  • No field mapping, no templates

No internet

Parsel contains no networking code at all, and an automated test on every build proves it. It works offline and behind any firewall, and nothing on your screen ever leaves the computer.

  • Works fully offline
  • No account, no cloud

No AI

No LLM, no prompts, no tokens, nothing to hallucinate. Parsel only types text that is already on your screen, picked by fixed rules. Same screen, same result, every time.

  • Never invents a value

How you use it

You click. Parsel types.

Parsel reads what's on your screen, works out what each field is asking for, and puts the value there when you say so.

Fill the whole form.

Every field Parsel can match is filled from the same document. Anything it isn't sure about stays empty, and the cursor waits there for you.

Fill one field.

Click any field. If the value is on your screen, it's already waiting as ghost text. Press → to put it in.

Not sure? It waits.

Five vendors on screen means no guess. Type a few letters of the one you want and it appears.

Watch it work

Any file in. Any form out.

Six real recordings, six different pairs: PDF, Outlook, Excel, Word and a scanned image, into web apps, Excel and a desktop app. Nothing set up in advance.

Questions

The short answers.

Do I have to set anything up?
No. No templates, no field mappings, no integrations. Keep the document open, click the form. Parsel works out from labels and layout what belongs where.
What does Shift + → fill?
Every empty field in the form that Parsel can match to one value on your screen. A field it can't match, or where two values could fit, is left empty and the cursor goes there, so nothing is ever guessed.
Is this AI?
No. There is no LLM or model of any kind, and nothing is sent to one. Parsel uses fixed rules: labels, layout and the shape of a value (an invoice number looks different from a date). It only types text that is already on your screen, so it can't make a value up, and the same screen always gives the same result.
Does it need the internet?
No. Parsel has no networking code, and an automated test checks that on every build. It works fully offline.
Which apps does it work with?
Values come from PDFs, scans and images, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, text files and web pages. They go into any web app, Excel and desktop apps. See the support table.
Can my IT team see what it reads?
There is nothing to see: screen content is never stored or sent. The only files Parsel writes are its settings and content-free counters, listed field by field on the privacy page.
